Command um Rechnungen aus einer Liste von Patienten, Fällen und Konsultationen zu erstellen Der Parameter des Commands muss ein Tree sein, welcher in der ersten Ebene die Patienten, in der zweiten die Fälle und in der Dritten die zu verrechnenden Konsultationen enthält.
